MONIKA SERVISS / OWNER 

My name is Monika Serviss, and I am originally from Lithuania. I began sewing at the age of 12, inspired and guided by my mother, who was a seamstress. She taught me how to use a sewing machine and introduced me to the craft of working with fabrics. From the very beginning, I felt a deep passion for creating clothing.

I started by making outfits for my dolls, and within a few years, I was designing and sewing clothes for myself. Sewing quickly became my favorite hobby, and even at a young age, I knew it was the path I wanted to follow.

Over the years, I gained valuable experience working for several sewing companies, but owning my own business was always my dream. In 2016, I was finally able to make that dream a reality, and I have been proudly running my own sewing business ever since.

   I always put a lot of thought in every project, especially when making  memory bears, quilts or pillows, because I know you can't just go and  buy more fabric if something goes wrong. Every piece of clothing has a  special meaning for someone so I handle it with respect and care. It  brings me great joy when I see people love the final results.    

 Besides memory bears, pillows and quilts I do a lot of custom order projects like: dressmaking, embroidery, dog costumes, baby girl dresses made out of Mother's wedding gown, dog bandanas,  clothing alterations and many others.
